Sky plc (the "Company") announces that in accordance with the rules of the Sky plc 2013 Sharesave Scheme, Andrew Griffith, Group Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, was granted the following options over ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company on 1 December 2017:
