Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or 'the Company'), the leading AIM listed anti-microbial hygiene company, has been notified that, on 28 September 2012, Till Medinger, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.75p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Dr. Medinger now holds 572,667 Ordinary Shares representing 0.40 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
