DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has been notified of the following transaction in its Ordinary shares of 10 pence each by Terry Duddy, an executive director. 

Mr. Duddy has deferred receipt of his net cash bonus for the 52 weeks ended 2 March 2013 until 28 May 2016 and invested it in the purchase of 221,595 shares.

The purchase of shares took place on the London Stock Exchange on 31 May 2013, at a price of 157.24 pence per share.

Notification of the above transaction is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
