Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, was notified on 6 November 2017 that Alan Hirzel, Chief Executive Officer, had a total of 44,382 Ordinary Shares issued to him, following the release of 16,937 conditional shares under Annual Bonus Plan on 26 October 2017 and 27,445 conditional shares under the Long-term Incentive Plan on 4 November 2017.
