Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announces it was notified on 28 June 2013 that on 27 June 2013, Nathan Imlach, the Company's Finance Director, transferred 113,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") in the Company to his wife. Following the transfer, Nathan Imlach's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 190,884 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
