Director/PDMR Shareholding
Journeo plc (AIM: JNEO), a leading provider of information systems and technical services to transport operators and local authorities, announces that Jennifer Kent, PCA and spouse of Barney Kent, Non-Executive Director, purchased 9,363 ordinary shares of 6.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 267 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Kent and his persons closely associated beneficially hold a total of 9,363 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
