John Wood Group PLC ("Company") NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has been informed that on 19February 2014, Ian Marchant, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired15,000 shares, being 0.004% of the share capital of the Company, on the LondonStock Exchange at a purchase price of £7.14 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Marchant has a beneficial interest in 22,777ordinary shares representing 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company.
