Director/PDMR shareholding
SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that it was today notified that the Directors of the Company have today acquired C Shares in the Company at a price of 100 pence per C Share, pursuant to the Placing, Open Offer and Offer for Subscription.
DTR 3.1.2 R requires that the Directors of the Company, in their capacity as persons discharging managerial responsibilities, disclose any transaction conducted on their own account in the shares of the Company.
The table below sets out the number of C Shares acquired by each Director, following scale back where applicable, as well as the number of Ordinary Shares held by each Director:
