Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 19 May 2011 and in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that Mark Chilton, Company Secretary of the Company, has today transferred 555,331 ordinary shares of 1p each to Gillian Chilton, his wife. His total interest in the shares of the Company following this transaction remains 555,331 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
