The Company has been notified today that Avril Palmer-Baunack acquired in aggregate 13,829 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 150.45 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 13,852,991 1 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.74% of the total issued shares in the Company.
