Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Notification of Director's Interest
Ra'anana, Israel, 09 October 2008: Emblaze received notification today that Eli Reifman, the Company's president, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares at market price in a block transaction.
Eli Reifman, president of Emblaze, commented: "This sale of shares is merely a technical step, mainly due to taxation requirements. I intend to repurchase these shares before year-end and continue to further increase my holdings in Emblaze. My faith in the Company's present and future remains strong and unchanged".
