Xaar PLC23 November 2005 Xaar plc ("the Company") NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIALRESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS The Company received a notification on 22 November 2005 from Gregory Lockettinforming it that on 22 November 2005 he exercised options over 40,000 shares at25p per share. He transferred 20,000 shares to his wife on 22 November 2005 andhe and his wife then sold 20,000 shares each on 22 November 2005 at 261p pershare.
