NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was informed yesterday that Richard Bampfylde, a PDMR of the Company, disposed of 223,938 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the Company at an average price of 137.77 pence per share on 27 August 2008.
Following this disposal, Mr Bampfylde no longer holds a beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital.
