Directors' disclosure
The Company has been notified today that Mr Mohamed Al Rafi, Director, has purchased a total of 135,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.5 per cent of the current issued Ordinary Shares. Of this total, 108,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased on 23rd February 2010 at a range of 21.85 to 28.00 pence per share representing 0.4 per cent of the current issued Ordinary Shares. A further 27,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased on 24th February 2010 at a range of 24.00 to 25.70 pence per share representing 0.1 per cent of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
Following this sale Mr Al Rafi now holds 5,645,000 Ordinary Shares representing 21.1 per cent of the issued Ordinary Shares.
