Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been notified that on 19th September 2014, Paul Stephens, aPDMR of the Company, sold 3,750 ordinary shares in the Company at an averageprice of 2368.69p each and a person connected to Paul Stephens sold 1,250ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2329.31p each. Followingthis notification his shareholding is 71,198 ordinary shares in the issuedshare capital of the Company, constituting 0.19% of the issued share capital.
