The Company announces that it was notified on 11 May 2016 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 860 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,608 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 May 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 21,694 Ordinary Shares (0.05%).
