Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that the following PDMRs were granted awards (in the form of conditional share awards) in the ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 13 December 2021 under the Countryside Properties PLC Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP Awards"). The number of Shares subject to the DBP Awards has been determined by reference to the average of the closing middle market prices of a Share over the last 30 days of the financial year ended 30 September 2021 of £5.2498 per Share.
The DBP Awards include the right to receive additional Shares on vesting equal in value to the dividends which would have been payable on the DBP Awards during the period between the award date and the date of vesting (not compounded).
