WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 June 2008, 11,911 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 280.00p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their May pay. The following directors, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interest in the shares:
