The Company was advised today that Thom Wernink's total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 13,388 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each following the Share Consolidation, Placing and Open Offer.

This announcement supersedes the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement in respect of Mr. Wernink made by the Company on 4 August 2009.
