Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 9 July 2009, 10,296 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.018% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), were transferred to Jonathan Cartwright, a director of Caledonia, under Caledonia's deferred bonus plan.
Mr Cartwright sold 4,237 of the shares received, representing 0.007% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), at a price of 1524p per share to cover tax liabilities arising from the above transaction. The remaining 6,059 shares will be registered in Mr Cartwright's own name.
Mr Cartwright's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transaction are as follows:
Beneficial - 18,869 shares = 0.03%
Options - 170,750 shares = 0.29%
Deferred bonus plan - 22,271 shares = 0.04%
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr Cartwright.
