Paul Bal, who joined the Company on 2 October 2017 and will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Stock Spirits Group PLC with effect from 7 November 2017, has been awarded options in lieu of forfeiting share options at his previous company. The options will vest in 3 years time and are subject to continued employment.
