Inmarsat PLC13 March 2006 Inmarsat plc: Director and PDMR share transactions 13 March 2006 Inmarsat plc announces that following the expiry of a lock-up over 50% of theshares held by members of the management team at the time of the Company's IPOin June 2005, certain executive directors and senior executives have today soldshares in the Company. All of the executive directors and senior executivescontinue to be bound by a lock-up over a further 50% of their holdings as at thedate of the IPO, until 1 December 2006. The shares were sold at an average price of 377.85 pence and details are set outin the table below.
