Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc in respect of the under-mentioned person discharging managerial responsibility:
Mr S M Bicknell acquired a beneficial interest in 20 Ordinary shares arising from the re-investment of dividends under Personal Equity Plans on 6 January 2012 at 1491.5 pence per share.
The Company and the above named individual were advised of this transaction on
