Caledonia Investments PLC28 June 2007 Caledonia Investments plcDirector/PDMR Shareholding Notification Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 27 June 2007, afamily trust of which William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer, bothdirectors of Caledonia, are the trustees, transferred beneficial ownership of28,000 Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of Caledonia's total issuedordinary share capital, to beneficiaries of the trust. These beneficiariesincluded Mr Wyatt, who received 3,333 shares (0.006% of Caledonia's issuedordinary share capital), and two of his minor children, Isabella and Oliver, whoeach received 3,000 shares (individually 0.005% of Caledonia's issued ordinaryshare capital). These transfers are transactions requiring disclosure by MrWyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) andalso by Isabella and Oliver Wyatt as connected persons of Mr Wyatt. Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the abovetransfers are as follows: • Beneficial 126,978 shares 0.22% • Non-beneficial 17,093 shares 0.03% • Options 98,007 shares 0.17% • Deferred bonus plan 10,210 shares 0.02% The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary sharesfollowing the above transfers are as follows: • Beneficial 60,730 shares 0.10% • Non-beneficial 55,759 shares 0.10% • Options 106,895 shares 0.18% • Deferred bonus plan 7,471 shares 0.01% Mr Wyatt's and The Honourable Charles Cayzer's non-beneficial interests are eachincluded in the other's beneficial interests.
