The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it was notified on 29 November 2018 that Dr Kenneth G Chrystie, a non-Executive Director of the Group, sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 550 pence per share on 29 November 2018.
Following the sale, Dr Chrystie's beneficial interest in the Group is 2,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
