Director/PDMR Shareholding

LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") was notified on 6 July 2016 of the following dealings by Non-Executive Directors in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares"):

· Alec Pelmore acquired 25,000 Shares at 139.9 pence per Share. The acquisition increases Mr Pelmore's total beneficial interest in the Company to 145,500 Shares, which represents 0.02% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

· Andrew Livingston acquired 35,669 Shares at 140.2 pence per Share. Mr Livingston's total beneficial interest in the Company is 35,669 Shares, which represents 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All dealings were transacted on 6 July 2016.
