Nanotech Energy plc12 June 2006 Nanotech Energy plc (the "Company") 12 June 2006 Director Shareholding Adam Collins, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Existing Ordinary Shares") on 9 June 2006 at a price of 1.5p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Collins has an interest in 100,000 Existing Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of its currently issued share capital. Robert Long, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 Existing Ordinary Shares on 9 June 2006 at a price of 1.5p per share.
