Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares of 10p each
The Company announces that on 10 January 2012 it was notified that, on 09 January 2012, options to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company granted under the Redrow plc Sharesave Plan 2004 ("Sharesave") had been exercised by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") as detailed in the table below.
