Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 18th December 2009 the executive directors undertook the following transactions in ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ("shares") in the Company.
The executive directors purchased and sold shares at a price of 96.85 pence per share as set out in the table below. The executive directors have also today elected to treat shares set out in the table as Investment Shares for the purposes of being eligible for a Matching Share Award to be made in due course under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan for the financial year 2009/10 (performance period 1st October 2009 to 30th September 2012).
In addition the executive directors listed below exercised share awards over shares in the Company that were awarded under the following incentive plans:-
Performance and matching share awards, which have now vested under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. This is in respect of performance and matching share awards made on 19th December 2005 for the financial year beginning 1st October 2005 as Long Term Incentives which have now become exercisable; and
Deferred Share Awards made under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Annual Bonus Plan on
14th November 2006 and earned for the financial year beginning 1st October 2005
Each director paid £2.00 in total as consideration for the exercise of the Performance, Matching and Deferred Share Awards.
Following these transactions the executive directors have interest in shares in the Company as set out in the table
