David Thomas, Group Finance Director,
acquires shares
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R. 3.1.2 Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") was notified on 12 September 2012 that, David Fraser Thomas, Group Finance Director, has acquired 20,000 Ordinary Shares (0.002% of the Company's issued share capital) in the Company at a price of £1.609 per share. All of the shares were purchased in London, on 12 September 2012.
Following the above purchase, the total number shares of 10 pence each held by David Fraser Thomas and each of the Directors/PDMRs, and their connected persons, of the Company are as follows:
