BARONSMEAD SECOND VENTURE TRUST PLC (THE "COMPANY")
The Company was notified on 14 September 2023 that Mr Graham McDonald, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,994 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 54.75 pence per Ordinary share. As a result of this purchase, Mr Graham McDonald's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 51,105 Ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
