The Board of Lookers plc ('Lookers' or 'the company') has been notified that the following director of the company has acquired ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company, which have been issued on the maturity of the company's share save scheme.

Mr Robin Gregson

Mr Robin Gregson is a holder of 381,427 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 5 June 2018 was 394,571,716 Ordinary Shares.

All Ordinary Shares are voting shares with one vote per share.
