Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.

Nicole Eagan, Chief Strategy Officer, AI Officer, has notified Darktrace that on 15 March 2024 she sold 400,480 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of £4.994 per share and on 19 March she sold 416,177 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of £4.661 per share, in accordance with Darktrace's Share Dealing Code.
