Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company confirms that on the 1 February 2017 the following Executive Directors exercised options granted to them in February 2012, under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Save as You Earn Scheme, and acquired the number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the Company set out below at the option price set at the start of the scheme of 24.20 pence per share:
W S Townsend - 61,983 ordinary shares
N R Smith - 61,983 ordinary shares
