Goldplat has been notified that on 6 and 9 May 2022 Gerard Kisbey-Green, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 325,000 and 250,000 of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.75p and 7.8p per share, respectively.
The shareholding of Gerard Kisbey-Green, following these transactions, amounts to 2,091,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.25% of the Company's voting rights:
