In accordance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised today that Nicholas Land, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired on 4 August 2008 an interest in 10,000 Ordinary shares of U.S.$0.11 3/7 each in the Company at the price of 136.827p per share. Mr Land's total interest following this transaction is 35,000 Ordinary shares.
