Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) Hiscox Ltd advises that on 30 June 2015, Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Andrea Rosen, Non-Executive Directors, each purchased 2,281, 1,030 and 2,238 shares in the Company, respectively, at a price of 835p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
