Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company have purchased 297,112 Ordinary Shares at a price of 81p per Ordinary Share on 5 December 2024.
Following the purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 20,685,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.196% of the Company's issued share capital.
