Director/PDMR Shareholding - Notification of Transaction
Further to the Company's announcement on 18 October 2017 stating that Paul Cooper will be appointed as the Company's Group Chief Financial Officer and Board Director with effect from 1 January 2018, the Company received notification on 6 December 2017 that Paul had purchased a number of ordinary shares in the Company. The detail of the transaction is set out below:
