EMILIO BOTIN-SANZ DE SAUTOULA Y GARCÍA DE LOS RIOS AS PART OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE. THE SHARES WERE IN FACT SUBSCRIBED BY THE CONNECTED PERSON PUENTEPUMAR, S.L. AND WERE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE 13,713,315 SHARES REPORTED IN THE SAME COMMUNICATION.
