Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 22 January 2016 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 49,254 ordinary shares (comprising 24,627 Partnership shares and 24,627 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 41.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their January salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
