Director/PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that Nicolino Assets Holdings, a subsidiary of FR Family Discretionary Trust, a trust set up for the benefit of Faisal Rahmatallah and his family, and which is considered to be a person closely associated with Mr Rahmatallah, Chairman, has transferred 90,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 112 pence per share to Mr Rahmatallah's self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
The Company also announces that Nicolino Assets Holdings transferred an additional 90,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife's SIPP at a price of 112 pence per share.
