Directors' Shareholding

The Directors of Corac are pleased to announce that Andrew McCree has today, formally joined the Board.

The Company has been notified that, on 1 October, Mr. McCree acquired 180,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.5 pence. Following this transaction, Mr. McCree holds 180,000 shares which represent approximately 0.002% of the issued share capital.

The Company also announces that Mr. McCree has been granted options over 250,000 ordinary shares, which will be exercisable at a price of 10.00p. The options will vest over three years in three equal tranches and will be exercisable between 1 October 2015 and 30 September 2024. Following the transaction, Mr. McCree holds options over 250,000 ordinary shares.
