INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that it received notification on March 4, 2025 that Vishal Kalia, aPDMR, purchased 2,262 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at an average price of US$8.87 per share on February 28, 2025.
The Company further announces that it also received notification on March 4, 2025 that Nisha Jairath, a person closely associated with Vishal Kalia, purchased a total of`1,261 Shares at an average price of £7.01 per share on February 28, 2025.
Following these transactions, Vishal Kalia has an interest in 137,463 Shares.
