NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with Rule 3.1.4(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company has been advised that on 2 June 2008 the following Persons Discharging Managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") acquired ordinary shares of 2.5p in the share capital of BAE Systems plc following the reinvestment of dividends payable on ordinary shares held in the BAE Systems Dividend Reinvestment Plan, as set out below. The shares were acquired at a price of 453.27 pence per share and the transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
