Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 February 2012 it received notification that, on the same date, Mrs. Sheila Greetham, wife of Ken Greetham, a director of the Company, sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 400p per share. Following this transaction, Ken Greetham is interested in 33,593 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
