De La Rue PLC06 December 2006 De La Rue plc's Directors' Interests De La Rue plc (the "Company") was notified today, 6 December 2006, that the DeLa Rue Qualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust (the "Trust") on 27 November2006 transferred 1,945 shares of 27 7/9p each in the Company and on 5 December2006 transferred 1,055 shares of 27 7/9p each in the Company pursuant to theexercise of options under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme. The number of De LaRue plc shares now held by the Trust is 188,979, 0.1164% of the issued sharecapital.
