Greene King plc Director shareholding
Greene King plc announces that, in accordance with their intentions as set out in the rights issue prospectus dated 23 April 2009, the following directors sold the number of Greene King plc nil paid rights set against their name at a price of 168.82p on 20 May 2009, in order to meet the costs of taking up the remaining balance of their entitlements to new shares under the rights issue. Full details, including the number of fully paid ordinary shares of Greene King plc which will be owned by the relevant directors following the completion of the rights issue, are set out below.
