Director/PDMR Shareholding

Atlas Mara Co-Nvest Limited ("Atlas Mara" or the "Company") announces that on 15 November 2014 the Company granted options over a total of 145,000 ordinary shares to its Chief Financial Officer, Arina McDonald, subject to the terms of the Company's Global Share Option Plan.

All such options are exercisable at a strike price of $9.50 per ordinary share, being the closing price on 14 November 2014, with one third vesting on the date of grant, one third on the first anniversary of grant and one third on the second anniversary of grant.

The Company further announces that on 17 November 2014, Ms McDonald was issued 161,527 ordinary shares in connection with the terms of her employment. It is expected that the 161,527 ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on or around 20 November 2014.
