Share Purchase by a Director

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that Steve Chamberlain, its Chief Financial Officer, yesterday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 74.698 pence per Share. The maximum price and minimum price per share paid by Mr Chamberlain were 76 pence and 72 pence respectively.

Following this purchase, Mr Chamberlain has an interest in a total of 50,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.036% of the issued share capital of the Company.
